Yes, I love that line too! Why fight Bipolar when we can master it and use it to our advantage. And I think the most splendid advantage is to bring the fresh breeze of recovery from Mood disorders to those still ‘fighting’ mental illnesses.

May Allah allow you to continue mastering Bipolar and inspire others in the same situation to not be bogged down by their tests and instead strive to rise above them.

PS: Your voice and story sound so familiar…did you take Muhammad Alshareef’s Mastering Your Emotions in Toronto a couple February’s ago?
